Oz Alashe MBE is the CEO and Founder of CybSafe, a cybersecurity and data analytics company helping organizations manage human risk.

A former UK Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel, Oz brings deep expertise in intelligence, human networks, and cyber resilience. He’s passionate about using technology to reduce societal threats and make the world more secure.

Oz chairs the UK Government’s Cyber Resilience Expert Advisory Group, advises RISCS, and is an Expert Fellow at institutions including RUSI. He was awarded an MBE in 2010 for leadership in complex conflict environments.
