We use Donut and Slack to match tribe members with another random tribe member for a 30 min coffee every couple of weeks. (Don’t worry, you can opt-out. You can also identify people you don’t want to be paired with so you can avoid being paired with people you already spend a fair bit of time with.)

This is a great way of getting to speak to people in the business you wouldn't normally talk to.
