We're changing the way society perceives and addresses the human aspect of cyber security. We work on a behavioural security platform which helps people make safer security choices both at home and at work.
CybSafe was founded by cyber resilience and intelligence expert, Oz Alashe MBE, a former Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army and UK Special Forces (actually the first Black officer to serve in the Parachute Regiment and UK Special Forces). The team includes former UK government cybersecurity specialists, behavioural scientists, data scientists and software engineers. Together our efforts deliver a service that helps over 350 organisations including some high profile and most attacked organisations in the world.
We're growing our engineering team, so if you're passionate about our mission to help people with their every day security habits then CybSafe is for you! Our ideal candidate would have experience building data platforms in B2B SaaS startups or in the security product space. We welcome people who are hungry to learn and comfortable communicating and presenting their work.
We are not a pen testing or ethical hacker type company - so while we maintain a keen interest it's important candidates know we're builders of a b2b focused SaaS behaviour data & analytics platform.
We've been remote-first since the pandemic and now have people all across Europe. We usually gather together for regular in person retreats 🌴.
