Our goal at CybSafe is to reduce human-cyber risk. To do that we need to be diverse and inclusive in our approach to everything we do. We want to create an equitable, high-performing workplace which gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow and meet their goals (whatever they may be).
We are aiming for “more” than great - we believe that truly diverse teams can do impossible things and we want to do those things.
EDIB is not a one-time thought; we get together as a tribe once a quarter for an EDIB update & reflections session.
We’re also proud members of the Tech Talent Charter, a government-supported, industry-led membership group that brings together 700+ Signatory organisations and equips them with the networks and resources to drive their diversity and inclusion efforts.
Each year, alongside the other Signatories, we submit our diversity data for their Diversity in Tech Report. We compare our data to the reports’ key insights to identify where we can improve and help guide our EDIB strategy and goals for the next year. We compare our data every quarter to track how we’re doing too!
