The Employee Assistance Programme provides a confidential phone line for information, support and counselling.

It’s a 24/7, 365 service, that is simply reached at 0800 138 5472.

You have access to a trained and qualified team member who will guide you to the most appropriate support for your situation.

Depending on your situation, you might be offered scheduled telephone or face-to-face counselling sessions. Up to eight face-to-face counselling sessions are available to you per issue, when clinically appropriate. Where on-going face-to-face counselling is required, you will be guided to seek further support from your GP. Face to face counselling is available in the UK only.

You’ll have access to their ‘be supported’ online portal with a huge range of information on a variety of practical, medical and wellbeing topics.

You can access their Online Counselling service, available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
